1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Tsp Almond Flour
1 Tsp Hazelnut Flour
1 Tsp Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo)
1/2 Tsp Coconut Flour
1/4 Tsp Baking Flour
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
8 Drops Liquid Stevia
- Mix all ingredients in a regular size bowl.
- Mixing with a fork or whisk works great, no need for mixer or blender. Who has time for that? An extra dish to clean? I will pass not thank you. lol
- Cook pancakes on a griddle or a nonstick pan on medium low heat. Remember to flip once air bubbles start forming on top.
